There are various Qualifications that can be achieved on this Course and each requires a different number of Credits to be attained to complete your Qualification.

• CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice - 7 Credits
• CMI Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice - 14 Credits
• CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice - 37 Credits
• CMI Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice - 64 Credits

We have designed a programme to ensure you obtain your qualification. We will be teaching the following Units:

Unit 701: Strategic Leadership – 11 credits

Unit 702: Leading and Developing People to Optimise Performance – 10 credits

Unit 703: Collaboration and Partnerships – 7 credits

Unit 704: Developing Organisational Strategy – 9 credits

Unit 710: Marketing Strategy – 8 credits

Unit 712: Strategic Management Project – 10 credits

Unit 714: Personal and Professional Development for Strategic Leaders – 9 credits

If you study the first four Units, you will achieve the 37 credits required for the Diploma, alternatively you can select the units you want to complete from the list above.

If you are wanting to complete the Extended Diploma, you must complete all 7 Units to make a total of 64 Credits.

Once you have watched the lectures for a unit, you need to download the assignment for that unit from the Exam Portal and complete it. 

Once you have completed all units and assignments you can claim your certificate in the Exam Portal.
