The things that leaders have in common are they are THINKERS and DOERS. This means that they have the vision to follow and the courage to make it happen. Additionally, these are the common foundations that all of the leaders have that set them apart from others. Furthermore, no matter how situations twist and turn, envisioning and execution will always be what leaders will do to lead people.

Great leaders have different leadership styles but it still goes down to the basics of envisioning and execution. When they envision, they think of strategies, understand problems, and find solutions. Then when they take action, they follow the strategies, work on the solutions, and make sure the plans happen.

Great leaders can be made. Yes, there are people naturally confident, smart, and all other things that leaders possess but those traits can be learnt and practised.
