This programme will equip the participants with the knowledge and skills to nurture and value their emotional well-being. With this understanding, they can increase their awareness and emotional intelligence. They can react and respond to the problem correctly. Admission Criteria

There is no requirement to join the CPD – Mental Health Matters, Make Sure You Know How to Support programme. Everyone has the chance to improve their psychological wellness in this programme. Also, this course is suitable for someone who struggles mentally and experiences depression, anxiety, or PTSD. However, people with no psychological problems can join this programme too.

There are challenges in addressing the topic of mental health matters in society. These issues come from various societal, personal, and systemic factors. Sometimes, you need collaboration among many people with different roles to overcome the problems. That is why it is important to face these conditions with other individuals. Here are some problems in keeping your mind healthy:

From this problem, it leads them to become afraid to open up and ask for support. They’re afraid of being judged, misunderstood, or called “crazy”. This will help you learn relevant information, obtain competent skills and discover effective strategies regarding this topic. Also, it trains you to recognise early signs of health issues and support others through this challenge.
