This thing is called radicalisation, which is a process of developing extreme views or beliefs that support terrorist groups or activities. Many factors can cause them to become dangerous, such as belief systems, faith-based ideas, biases against particular groups of people, and many more. It is the reason why you should be careful before you become a susceptible target for their dangerous acts.

It is a process where someone gradually adopts extreme beliefs, often leading to acceptance of violence to achieve specific goals. Programme Outline

This programme helps the participants to learn to handle a situation that involves individuals with extreme beliefs and how it works on susceptible people. It will help them spot and stop early to prevent those people from becoming influenced, which lessens the risk and increases safety for everyone. From this programme, the learners will be informed about:

This course allows the participants to increase awareness, confidence, and tools to create a protected community. Moreover, this is designed by experts who have an understanding of this field with their background and experience. With this, the participants will engage in various engaging questions and activities so they will understand more about this topic. The discussion will last for an hour or two, depending on the speaker.

Entry Requirements

The CPD – Who is Susceptible to Radicalisation programme is open to everyone with no requirements. Everyone should be able to defend themselves, their loved ones and other people from the dangerous act of extremism. Also, this training is not only for people affected by radical beliefs. People who are victims of indoctrination are also encouraged to join.

How are people susceptible to radicalisation?

People can be susceptible to extreme influence in many ways, such as personal, social, and environmental factors. These factors can create weaknesses in a person. This happens when extreme groups or belief systems try to manipulate them to join their group. They persuade people for their gains so they can reach their main goal. If there are individuals who experience unfairness, corruption, or oppression, those only help to make their ideals become their form of defence.
