JN920: Professional Practice in NEC Contracts Part 2

Students will determine the various types of contract documents and their usage within NEC and ECC4 contracts. Additionally, the module contains the contractor’s key responsibilities, such as design, delivery of works, subcontracting, and management disciplines. Participants will also learn how to demonstrate effective management, including tender evaluation, and manage the construction phase with attention to defects and quality control.

Requirements for Entry
